Council Housing Fund and its Administration

This Bachelor thesis deals with housing policy on both general level as well as local level of the town of Šlapanice. It covers the basic features of the development of housing policy before the year 1989 upto the present. The work describes the housing policy conception and the types of support for the housing stock development. Also, the thesis lists the ultimate legislation important for city authorities to manage its housing policy. Further, it specifies the structure, range and condition of the municipal housing stock in Šlapanice, including its administration instruments. The conclusion is based on the acquired information and finding, and evaluates the administration of the municipal housing stock in Šlapanice.
Analysis of Transactions in a Real Estate Market Segment - Microlocation of Brno

The diploma thesis deals with the analysis of real estate transactions in a selected micro-region. The selected region is the territory of the Brno - Komín district. There is made abasic analysis of the real estate structure in the district. Subsequently, realised sales transactions of flats in the period from 2014 to 2021 are set in the defined environment. Subsequently, the price and numbers within the subsets of the base set are examined and an analysis of the interdependence with the asking prices is performed. In the final part of the thesis, several hypotheses are tested and the dependence of realized prices on credit and stock market data series is examined.

The subject of the bachelor´s dissertation called „Municipal housing policy“ is to give the brief survey and general characteristic of the Housing Fund of the city of Brno. The dissertation concentrates in the present- day situation of housing in this city. The diploma thesis is divided into three chapters. The first chapter describes the housing policy of the city of Brno. The second chapter analyses the structure, range and extent of the Housing Fundo f the city. The final part of the bachelor´s thesis offers on source of finance to renewal and development of Housing Fund.
Comparison of Rents of Flats in Vyškov

It deals with comparing the normal rent of flats in different localities of the municipality and consider amendments to the lease in terms of amenities and size of dwelling. The figures are divided into flats for a 1+1, 2+1, 3+1 and higher. Charting the market and its price in the lease is done both text and graphics.

Final part solves family’s housing need with the use of several financial sources and offers optimal solution based on multiple criteria.
Multifunctional house in Brno

The main aim of this work is the solution of a new multifunctional building in Židenice, Brno, on the Corner of Táborská and Nezamyslova. The conception has been set by the place which is very close to the Chapel of St. F. of Assisi and by urban plans an local people’s needs and interests. The building has been designed not to damage the look of the local houses and streets and the first floor has been supposed to be used for another purpose than housing. The house was originally designed only like the first floor building. There are other houses which have got from 3 to 5 floors in neighbourhood streets. Among other places there are grammar school, school of Arts, shops and services. The problem was to place this building among the houses with various height by the special shape of the roof. The final effect causes no disharmony in the streets. This house is situated among the others perfectly in the corner position and keep the other houses‘ height from both of the streets. The aim of the multifunctional object is filled up by the first floor and housing in the floors above. In spite of the fact that there is a lack of the car parks the new underground parking site has been set up. The flats here have been designed according to local people’s interests.
Historical block of flats development with its impact on market prices of flats on the present in Liberec

This thesis on historical development of the construction of residential buildings and its effect on market prices of dwellings currently in Liberec accompanies the issue of correlation between architectural styles and price currently. It is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part is focused on explaining concepts such as housing, housing stock, housing market and its failure, which follows the historical description of the construction of residential buildings. In other chapters of this part is talking about urban planning and housing policy. The practical part looks at this issue from the perspective of a particular town, which is Liberec. For him the basic information about the local conditions, history of architecture and subsequently through the commodities market tested real estate prices mentioned correlation and era of construction. The main source of research is in the thesis comparing average prices per m2 for each building type. During and at the end, the results are commented and compared.

Rental Housing

This thesis is focused on the evaluation of the current situation of state housing policy in the Czech Republic and its vision for the future, analysis and description of rental housing and its availability to the population and concepts of social housing in effect in the Czech Republic. The aim of this work is the analysis of rental housing in relation to social housing and ownership in the city Břeclav. I intended to examine which tools use housing policy to meet the wishes and needs of the population, how to increase the availability of housing, the quality or stability in terms of stable sources of funding. I also tried to assess the current situation in the housing market, particularly rental housing, and the concept of social housing in the Czech Republic. To analyze the state of the housing fund of the city Břeclav, I used materials published by the municipality, especially development, strategic and spatial plans and documents issued by the City Council.
